We send a certified Clene Start technician that will greet you with a smile. Your Technician will first do a thorough pre-inspection of your carpet. Next, We install corner guards to protect the corners and walls in your home. This will prevent any scratches or marks on your walls as the technician carefully move through your home with the cleaning equipment.

The next steps we do at Clene Start are very important. We will first pre-vacuum your entire carpet to remove any loose soil and dirt. We don’t want to create mud when the water is added during the carpet cleaning process. After we pre-vacuum the carpet, we pre-spray an Emulsifier on the carpet and agitated in. This step loosens any soil or dirt that is matted into the carpet fibers. At this time we will also pre-treat any pet stain or odor areas. These steps are a must in our carpet cleaning process to ensure that your capets are clean all the way through, not just on the surface like some of the other carpet cleaners. Our Process
Clene Start - carpet cleaning uses only "green" products in our process. We use hot water extraction and a safe non-sudsing, "green" cleaner that leaves no residue. We also do dry encapsulation process. Which cleaning process is used will be determined by you and your Clene Start technician.
After the carpet cleaning process is done, We can apply a carpet protector which comes with a six month spot and spill warranty . This is highly recommended and works great for you. The carpet protector will help extend the life of your carpet. Any spot or stain in that six month period you can’t get out, we will come take care of it for free. We take pride in the quality of the carpet cleaning we do for you and we want to help you keep you carpets looking great.
We're Not Done Until Your Satisfied!
The carpet fibers are then combed in a set direction for faster drying and visual appeal. We then move any furniture that was moved back into place with blocks or tabs installed under legs and feet. Next we do a final inspection with you to make sure you are completely satisfied and to insure top quality through out.
After every step in our process is complete and you are 100% satisfied, your technician will leave you with Clene Starts Clene-R for spots and spills that might happen.
